Optional Permalinks not working

  • Hi friends.

    I am using coupon site.

    my tag was : domain.com/helloween = It was working
    then I changed optionals permalink for better results.

    now my tag is : domain.com/coupon/helloween

    but it is not working.

    please tell me reason.

    domain is : Sagifill.com

    you can check its sitemap.xml no any link is working. 404 error.
