Optional free shipping showing on cart

    Plug was working ok till now. I have retail and trade weight based shipping set as Flat Rate and Trade shipping but the cart is showing an addtional “Shipping” option which if selected removes the charge for shipping. I dont know how to remove this.

    Disable the Weight Based Shipping plugin temporarily. Do you still see the unexpected shipping option? If so, it comes from another plugin.

    Otherwise, find all WBS shipping methods and disable them one at a time until you notice the unexpected shipping option is gone. Now, you know the source shipping method.

    In the found shipping method, disable shipping rules one at a time until you notice the unexpected shipping option disappears. Now you know the source shipping rule.
