Optional field error message

Hello!

In the latest update, I noticed that form validation is still running if I click on the acceptance checkbox (before submitting the form). This “pre-validation” wouldn’t even be a problem, but it also displays the error in the case of non-mandatory fields for which only a minimum and/or maximum character limit has been set. By definition here, since the field is not mandatory, it should not appear, only in the case that it is filled out incorrectly.

Could I ask for some help in solving this?
