Optional additional shipping cost

I have “standard shipping” set up on a site using a “bundle rate” plugin to determine costs depending on number of items purchased. Now client wants to add an option & additional choice for “Express shipping” that would be an additional $15 on top of the standard shipping rate, rather than in place of.
Is there a way to do this, to “stack” shipping costs in this way, or will I need to somehow replicate/copy the standard shipping and add $15 to all the variations I have there?
