Optional Acceptance

Is it possible to use the acceptance field with the optional flag, but only store the data in flamingo when they have ticked the acceptance field? I don’t want to store the data if they haven’t accepted. It might sound crazy, but I still want the message sent if they haven’t accepted, I just don’t want it stored.
