Option Tree Layout

I am new with Option Tree as I took over a website’s development. I mistakenly added a new layout before I figured out that I only wanted to add a Section. I then deleted the new layout and now I am not able to edit Sections in the Appearance/Theme Options, although all of the sections still show in the list. The first 2 sections I am able to edit. I added a new section and it is listed. When I visit the site everything on the home page looks normal. I have tried to restore an earlier layout but I do not see an earlier layout available. What does the “reset options” button do? Can you help advise on how I can get back the ability to edit the sections? The website is https://recalibratelife.com.
