Option to use title only?

    Currently, the text patterns are matched against the post content only. It would be an easy change to also search the title for matches. This would happen within the jpl_docs_autotag() function.

    To add the ability to select whether the title and/or body is searched for pattern matches, we’d need to add some checkboxes to the settings page then add corresponding logic in the main matching function.

    If you want to contribute those code changes, I’ll be happy to test and incorporate them.

    I’m exactly same change just title must be scan to auto tag.
