Option to support customer role upload image?

    Hello,

    We are using other plugin for woocommerce ticket support, and it support customer upload image.


    But I like the design of this plugin, clean and better coding, and the only problem is that we need ask customer to upload image in their ticket, but this plugin does not support.

    it would be great if it support a customer to upload image on woocommerce site, can we expect it please?

    I know that it’s unjust not to implement this feature for so long. And like you many users are begging for this feature. We’ve implemented this feature in our codebase but that’s not ready yet, because it’s been implemented onto a completely rewritten codebase, and it won’t be wise to release this version without proper testing.

    Our development is paused for over 2 years for many reasons, hence the version never rolled out.

    But thanks to your support and constant usage of the plugin. We’re feeling motivated and I’m hoping to start working on this feature along with the revamped code again, inshaALLAH.

    The feature will roll out on our earliest inshaALLAH. We need some ‘time’, hence after so long we’ve to get to the codebase again. Hoping to get your support in the midst.

    I know Nanosupport at your first version, it should be 6 years ago.

    In latest 6 years, I never found a great coding quality plugin like Nanosupport.

    Really glad that you are back with the new feature.

    Without 2 years of update, but there are still over 200 online active installations, I believe we all love it.
