Option to Show Pages as well as Posts no longer there

I am trying to show a list of all my pages by category and one of the screen-shots of this plugin’s page shows an option with a tick-box for that. The only option for specifying anything for this plugin I can find looks completely different from any of the screen-shots and I can’t see how to add support for Pages. My WordPress site only has pages and no posts, but all the pages have specified categories. How can I display the pages?
