Option to send an email also to a student/user who “failed” in a course

I need an email to be sent when a student/user who “failed” in a course.
(This failure is equal to not completing the course, and fail in all quizzes in that course.)* In the current Sensei LMS there are 2 options for sending email, ie. after completing a course or manually when admin select to complete the course.
1. Currently Email is sent only when a course is complete.
eg. user/student “Pass”
an email is sent with text message:
“You have completed and passed the course” ;
or2. Email is sent only when Admin manually marks a course as complete.
eg. uses/student “Failed” & in case manual complete is done by Admin,
an email is sent with text message:
“You have completed and failed the course”* Proposed Enhancement for 3rd option:
Sensei LMS need a 3rd options for sending email (ie. after failing a course)
An email must be sent to the user with text message:
“You have not completed and failed the course”In short currently email is send only for completed coursed,
Let this facility extend even for our failed students.
