Option to re-post when edits are made

First of all, great plug-in and almost just what I’m after.
Got it working on Twitter just fine, but had a few issues with Facebook and had to redo the set up 3 times.
The only extra thing I’d really like to see included is the option to re-share my posts when and edit has been made.
