option to not show lightgallery meta_box?

  • Is there an option to not show the lightgallery meta_box?

    I’m just using the regular wordpress gallery so don’t want to confuse people with the separate lightgallery metabox.

    Abby,

    MetaBox is the core functionality of this plugin which enables users to add LightGallery to their content using simple ShortCode, thus cannot be removed.

    However, you can hook to WP Admin page and hide the MetaBox using its class name and outputting your custom CSS.

    Okay, cool – thanks. I’ll do that.

    I guess I was thinking the core functionality was the lightbox/slideshow which now opens whenever you click an image in a (standard) wordpress gallery? It’s pretty sweet that people can still use the regular wordpress gallery (albeit, i had to give it much better styling!) and have it open in your gorgeous lightbox.
