Option to non-auto compress upon loading image?

There is not option to disable auto-compression on upload. But there are a two options that may solve your issue:

First, you could disable all unused image sizes from compressing. You can do this by deselecting the checkboxes in the Media settings page, at “File compression”. This will not only save compressions, also it will speed up the compression step when uploading new images (because there’s less sizes to be compress).

Second, you could disable the plugin altogether, and re-enable it when you want to compress images manually. Disabling and enabling the plugin keeps your API key and other settings, so this could be a solution to your question.
