Option to keep t.co links

    After all that trouble to remove them!

    It should be quite straightforward, but I may just keep it as a shortcode option for the time being. Or would you want it in the widget?

    I’ve added a show_tco_link option to the development version.

    Just put show_tco_link=1 into your shortcode and it will show short links.
