Option to have a case insensitive redirect

Is there any option to have the redirect be case insensitive. We have a client that is using redirects for marketing and they often publish an all caps version of the url when the redirect is lower. Example: domain.com/page is the redirect but in marketing they use domain.com/Page. The /Page url will lead to a 404 page.
