Option to drop indexes and revert

  • Option to drop indexes:
    Index in the wp_options table on the autoload column
    Index in the wp_postmeta table on the meta_value column

    Right now we can only create. Add a wp-cli or an ssh or sql script in the FAQ to drop them until a function within the plugin GUI is available.

    Thanks for the feedback. I added this as a feature-request in our internal issue tracking system. I cannot promise anything, but I really do like the suggestion. You will hear from us if/when we decide to implement this.

    @robertservebolt Thanks Robert, I think it’s very useful to easy be able to drop them instead of manually need to do that once you happened to have multiple index tables from different plugins. It doesn’t slow down but it keeps it clean.
