Option to do all tasks to all sites in Multisite mode

I find this plugin very useful, but I want to use its features on my Multisite installation that already has many sites… so I suggest an option to run all tweaks on all sites (or selected sites).

I know there is a plugin “sitewide options” or something but not sure if this could be done in a combo with your plugin…
