Option to display a plugin in users daashboard

Hey everyone first time poster…

Is there ANY possible way to make a plugin show up in all users dashboard/profile. For example… Since I am the admin.. every time I login I see all my settings and plugins and what not. Soon as a user logs in they only see a few basic options…which is fine but I have one plugin that I would like to activate and have ALL users be able to see it in there admin area. Is there any plugins that can do this or does any one have any suggestions? Please help someone.
