For privacy reasons I’d like to stop tracking when a logged-in user downloads from our site but there seems to be no way to do this. We can anonymize IP addresses but the plugin forces us to track our users in a way we don’t like. Can this be disabled?

    Thank you.

Thank you for your reply @mplusb. I saw that option but I don’t want to disable the reports – I only want to disable associating logged-in user’s usernames with the downloads in the reports. Is this possible? If not, will you please consider adding such a feature for compliance with privacy laws?

    Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback! We will definitely consider adding such a feature in a future update. Please let me know if you have any other questions, concerns, or suggestions!

    Warmly,

    Mihaela
