Option to disable noscript for image lazy loading

Hello,

I want to ask if there is any way to disable <noscript> tags from lazyload images feature? It like an option, to let admin disable that <noscript> generation for all features.

Because of whenever i turn on lazy loading, it create a lot of noscript tag. So it make the size of page bigger.

Google Page Speed said:
“Avoid an excessive DOM size.
A large DOM will increase memory usage, cause longer style calculations, and produce costly layout reflows. ”
