Option to change link title text?

Hey Nick, I have a feature request. I’m using this for custom taxonomies that are associated with custom post types, and of course, the CPT is called something other than post (in this case, it’s “project”).

I would love to be able to change the link title text that appears on mouseover from “view all posts filed under Asia” (for example) to “view all projects in Asia”. Or something of entirely my own choosing, or delete it altogether.

Is doable?
