Option to apply reward points not showing

  • The plugin does not work. I just purchased the premium version. I do not see the option to APPLY POINTS on the cart or checkout page. It didn’t even show with the free version so I thought I had to use the premium version to see it. My site is https://www.inventelectronics.com and I am using OSWAD Theme. I have already enabled the option to show the APPLY POINTS BUTTON. Also in the users account, the number of points he has does not even display.

    I noticed that other users are having the same issue on the support forum which have not been resolved. I will be glad if the issue is fixed ASAP. However, If the plugin is incompatible I would like to have a refund.
