option page broken

    Hi,

    Just try Papercite plugin with wordpress 3.9.1 and it seems broken.
    The plugin in itself works but I can’t change anything in the option page, and it in front of database it say :

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare upgrade_all() (previously declared in /homepages/24/d146420205/htdocs/wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php:350) in /homepages/24/d146420205/htdocs/wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php on line 439

    Hi,

    I don’t think the issue is related to papercite (there is no such “update_all” function in the plugin).
