Option needed for field separator in import/export of quiz (pro)

Tutor Pro has an add on for exporting and importing a quiz.
Exporting generates a CSV file seems to use the comma as a field separator.

Should any question of answer contains a comma in the text importing the file causes truncation and other errors. The same for comma in amounts.
This is easy to reproduce if you axport a quiz (containing comma’s in a question or answer) en re-import the downloaded file.

An option for different delimiters (like semicolon or a tab), could solve this bug.
