Option for return label disabled

    If you want a return label, you must check the option BEFORE creating the normal label and BOTH will be returned in one PDF.

    But when I create the shipping label I don’t know yet if the customer needs a return label and what total weight the return will have. So I understand that the return label will be created just in case and it will be invoiced by DHL only in case of use?

    It does not seem that the DHL API allows the weight to be set, is this possible in the portal when creating a return label?

    Regarding the invoice you would need to confirm with a DHL representative.
