Option for "none" in Lightbox effects has disappeared

One feature I relied on in versions of NextGen before 2.0 was to be able to turn off all the built-in lightbox effects. With this gone I have conflicts either with themes or other plugins I prefer for this. I’ll have to backdate to avoid this issue.
