    There is a shortcode for this already.

    [download-attachment attachment_id="1"]

    This will display a single file download link.

    Oh, sorry – i misunderstood your question.

    You want to disable the automatic display on specific posts. We’ll provide a filter for this in the upcoming release. Will this suite for you?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the fast update , I like the new feature very much.

    However, the new button doesn’t have option insert attachments that’s already “uploaded to this post”.

    Not that I couldn’t manually search but it is one of the neat features of your plugin and I really like it ??

    Yea, but the button is unrelated to your request : ) the filters are provided in the code.

    Regarding the button – we’ll think of how to do it from a UI perspective, to have both, single attachment link and uploaded attachments link and not make users scratch their heads.
