    I have WP installed on two sites, on one site there is the option when I edit posts/pages to:

    Allow comments.
    Allow trackbacks and pingbacks on this page.

    However, on my second site I dont have this option, how do I enable it? Both sites have the same settings in the Setting>Discussion tab and are running the same WP version.
