Option "Enable HTML5 fields" not saved in 14.9.2

    Hello,

    after the update to 14.9.2 the option

    “Global Settings” -> “HTML5 Input Field Support” -> “Enable HTML5 fields”

    is not saved any more when clicking “Save & update form settings”. The checkbox always remains unchecked.

    Any ideas on how to fix this are very welcome!
