My client only wanted to use an optin wheel for Black Friday, so she requested that we take it down. I turned it off. That didn’t work, so I deactivated the plugin. THAT didn’t work, so I completely deleted the plugin. I waited 48 hours and it’s still showing up. I’ve purged the website cache several times. I have no idea how it is still showing up. This is super frustrating. Can you help us resolve this issue?

    Hi @ckthompson

This is a caching issue for sure because if a plugin is removed, it can not be executed anymore. Try incognito too as it could be a caching issue on your end (your browser).

I’ve cleared the server-level Varnish cache several times and I just installed a caching plugin (after deleting the plugin entirely) and then told it to clear the cache several times and the wheel is still showing up. It shows up for both my client and I, logged in and in private incognito windows. I also tried opening it in a browser (Firefox) that I have never used to view the website and it STILL shows up. Any ideas?

    Hi @ckthompson

You might be using an external caching service like Cloudflare or similar. Often, you can ask your host to check this for you.
