OptIn times out and Plugin can’t be used

well, I installed this plugin
whenever I want to use it (f.e. to see the shortcode of an accordeon), this OptIn loads and when I click on “allow” it times out

“Der Server unter analytics.wponlinesupport.com braucht zu lange, um eine Antwort zu senden.”

I get the message that I can use it from the admin menu, but:

I do not see the shortcode anywhere so I don’t know the ID of that created item and by that I cannot use it

this is absolutely annoying!
