Optin Form not working

  • Hi there,

    It seems that when I click on “Edit” in the dashboard for my popup form, I only see a “loading preview…” message but no form. I have not had any signups since September when we updated to PHP 8.

    Can you advise here? Thanks!

    Hi Paul,

    Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about this. I will certainly pass this on to the development team to take a look at.

    In the meantime, it would appear PHP 7 is needed for Optin Cat – Campaign Monitor to function.

    If you encounter any other issues, don’t hesitate to let us know.

    Hi Gavin,

    Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, that won’t work for me as all my WordPress clients are now on PHP 8+.

    It’s a shame as it was working fine. Maybe reply to let me know when it has been updated.
