Optin Form Not Working

    The Optin Post box form does not seem to be working for me. It is present but everytime name and email is entered in, it refreshes the page and does not transmit the information to CM. This is in contrast to the Pop-up form on the same site that works great. What am I doing wrong?

    Sorry about the trouble with that. I am not so sure what is causing that issue.

    Can you send us the screenshot for the “Thank You Message” in your “Messages” section of Optin Cat? Do you have the optin redirecting ?

    Are you using any caching plugins? I would recommend clearing the cache as sometimes that can cause an issue.
