Optin Cat form does not work

    I have Optin Cat plugin installed on my website. It used to work, but now it does not. The form a have created does not appears on any of my pages. I have it set to appear after 30% scroll down. But it doesn’t. The form is supposed to link to Getresponce.

    I need help with this and I need detailed instructions as I am tech illiterate.

    Thanks for reaching out. We can help with this.

    First please make sure you are not simply experiencing our “Success Cookie”, which prevents users from having to see the same popup, that they already subscribed through, again.

    I visited your site and the popup appeared after 30% scroll, as expected. So I believe this is the case.

    To test for this, visit the site in question, and clear all your cookies from your browsers settings. Then refresh the page after doing this, and you should be able to make the popup appear again.

    Then if you were to sign up to that form again, and refresh the page, you will not see the form any longer.

    If you do not like this behavior, you can disable it by setting “Success Coodie Duration” to 0 in your forms settings.

    Our cat optin plugin has been a problem for a while now, Mostly it gives the error message “couldn’t verify submission” . I have re-entered a new aweber code and it is integrated. I have cleared the caches and updated the plugin. It works for a very short time after I do any of these things but then stops and gives the same error message. Neither Aweber nor our web designer know why – they both blame each other! SO please help me fix the problem.
