Optin Campaign Is Not Working

Hi,
My newsletter subscription form has been thoroughly tested and worked well. But recently I keep receiving this message:

The optin campaign “” is failing to convert leads due to the following error “invalid_parameter: Invalid phone number”.

I don’t ask for a phone number in the subscription form, just for an email address. So, where is the problem?
