I have the Optimole plugin installed and set up, but it doesn’t seem to be working correctly. My page speed hasn’t increased at all, it doesn’t seem to be serving webp images, and when I tried the Optimole speed test (https://speedtest.optimole.com/results/33578/), it showed that most of my images could be smaller. Is the speed test just inaccurate? Is the plugin not working?

    Hello @kymkm,

It seems the image URLs on your site are not using the Optimole service. May I ask if you use a caching service or something similar?

Make sure after you have connected the plugin to clear the caching.

Let me know how it goes.

We do use a caching service, but I have cleared the cache multiple times since installing the plugin. When I go to the plugin page on my site, under last optimized images it shows that it has optimized some random images, but nowhere close to all of them.

Same here! I have cleared cache but it shows me some random images only.

Thanks you! I sent them a message!

Can you post your solution here, please? It would be useful for people looking for solutions on support forum.
