Optimole Not Scaling All Images

    Hello,

    That is the ‘clear image cache’ button right?

    I always clear it after changes and have just made sure to clear it again. The issue still seems to persist though.

    I have the same issue. It always worked since 3-5 days ago…

    Images are being optimised but not scaled… I tried to contact you through the dashboard but I didn’t get any reply at the moment (top7tech.it is my website).

    I tried to clear images cache, WP Rocket cache, Elementor libraries and CSS cache, and I even tried to restore to 3 days ago, but the issue still remains.

    I’ve checked your website and I can see that you also specify a width and height attribute that Optimole respects, the width and height are much larger than what is being computed for the rescale. We always prioritise the width and height attribute over the computed one.

    So either change the width and height attributes for the image or remove them so that the computed ones are being used.

    I know this isn’t a plugin issue, but if you have any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.

    I use AMP and I have looked for a way to remove these dimensions but I can’t find anything online. Do you know a way that I can let Optimole handle the image sizes, or is this not something I can edit on AMP?

    I found this bug after I updated wpDiscuz, Elementor, Elementor Pro and Rank Math SEO.

    I think one of these plugins is causing the issue…

    Interesting. The only plugin out of those that I also use is Rank Math. Maybe it’s an issue there?

    Hello,

    The issue still seems to persist – I have version 2.3.1.

    I reset both the Optimole cache and my WPFC cache, however, GTmetrix still shows issues (https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.seoulinspired.com/3B0atMcK).
