    Hi,

I’m currently using the free plan and I see the free plan is only for up to 5000 page views, but what will it happen if I go over that limit, will the images won’t appear on my pages? or they will simply be served from my server? if the latter then, will the images be served optimized or unoptimized?

    Thank you.

    Hey @overflame ,

Thank you for reaching out and using Optimole!

If you exceed the limit – First, we will notify you about the exceeding limit and kindly ask you to consider the upgrade.

By this time, you will have a few days to check if this is worth it. If you decide to keep using the free version and the limit will be exceeded, we will return your original images.

Regarding the re-activation, after the limit is exceeded – it depends on how much the limit is exceeded. While we allow exceeding the quota in small amounts, we can not sustain a big exceed in traffic for a free account, and the account will remain disabled until the upgrade.

If you used cloud library and offloaded the images, then after your account is suspended the images won’t be loaded on your website until they are rolled back to your server.

I hope it helps, let us know if you have any other questions!

    2 more questions:

    1. You said the account will remain disabled if limit is exceeded. But it will get re-enabled once the monthly limit resets, correct?
    2. If I exceed the limit then my website will serve the optimized or unoptimized images?

    Thanks.
