Optimizing Youtube Video Loading Speed

Hello Guys,
I just made a speedtest with google speedtest insights and with gt metrix, both are showing critical load time of embedded youtube video.Do you have any idea how to solve this?
Maybe the following idea will help you. Its about Displaying Static “Poster” Youtube Image instead of video.
