Optimizing Firewall – file not recognized

    Managed WordPress Hosting – Windows
    WordPress version
    5.2.3
    PHP version
    7.1

    In the Optimize Wordfence Firewall configuration box there is a

      file listed which I do not recognize

    . Not sure if I should paste that link here or not. Could it be related to the fact that this is a Managed WordPress website?

    Please advise what I should do next.
