OptimizeMember Customer Fields not showing in "Send Additional Fields" dropdown

Howdy,
Custom fields that I created to my user profiles (via OptimizeMember) aren’t showing in the “Send Additional Fields” dropdown in MailChimp Sync.
The fields and chosen values are showing in the “all user” lists as well as in individual member profiles.I’ve created corresponding fields in MailChimp, and those are showing in the second dropdown.
Please advise.
