Optimized png's, jpg's, gif's and a swf for faster pageload

I applied pngout to the install png images and jpegtran on all jpg images. Supergif on gifs to reduce loosless the file size.
One swf in the default install pack also reduced in filesize.
It makes the pageload faster if the images were optimized by default.
