• My client recently told me that his Google Ads person was unhappy with the mobile site performance. I recommended that he migrate his site to a host with LiteSpeed servers so I could work with it more effectively, which he did. Now I’ve been working on the cache settings for nearly 2 weeks and every time I get the mobile performance grade up to 90+ with little or no blocking time in PageSpeed Insights, after a few hours—and with no further changes—it drops back down to the 30s and 40s. Desktop speed is great, consistently scoring in the mid to high 90s. It seems like the webp versions of images are not being served consistently, and when they’re not, other faults appear, such as the HubSpot form loading slowly (I have replaced the old form code with their current code). It’s unclear to me if this is related to the security plugin, but maybe that’s what’s blocking the delivery of webp images…I don’t see anything in the security log that indicates this, though. Can you help me get his site performing consistently well on mobile? Here’s my report number: HBOGQHBO

I don’t think it’s related to webp , more like some option is not being applied

    please try this

go to toolbox -> debug seting -> set debug to ON, debug level to advance , debug include URI, add test

then go to toolbox -.> log view -> clean up any existing

    then test it as https://domain.com/?test

    then share the log /wp-content/litespeed/debug/debug________.log

you can upload it somewhere like google drive , dropbox , or copy it to https://pastebin.ubuntu.com/

Thank you, I’ll do that now and get the info to you soon.

I can’t get the security plugin to let me view it so I’m sure it won’t show it to you. I’ve copied it to PasteBin. I apologize if there might be a test included that was for t3greenhousesupply.com/test rather than /?test.:

the log doesn’t look correct to me

did you apply debug include URI option and clean up existing log beforehand ?

    Thread Starter Hannah West Design

    (@vesica)

Yes, I did. I’ll go through it again step by step as I follow your instructions:

go to toolbox -> debug settings -> set debug to ON – Done

debug level to advance – Done

debug include URI (I see a field labeled “debug include uri”) add test – Done

then go to toolbox -.> log view -> clean up any existing (Didn’t see this option this time, so clicked [B] Purge Log. There were a few lines left over so I clicked [D] Clear Logs, which erased the remaining lines. Now all there is on the Log View tab page are: LiteSpeed Logs heading with 4 buttons: Debug Log, Purge Log, Crawler Log and Clear Logs, the a heading Purge Logs and button Clear Logs

    then test it as https://domain.com/?test

running PageSpeed test for https://t3greenhousesupply.com/?test and hoping we get a poor result this time…good, the performance score was only 34.

then share the log /wp-content/litespeed/debug/debug________.log It definitely looks different this time. Checking host for log name…litespeed>debug>debugf06f45c90929784f.log

Pasted the log contents to https://pastebin.ubuntu.com/p/TS6ckMXm7D/

I hope this one works better for you. Thank you so much for your help.

Thank you! Please stay available until I complete the new test. It’s hard waiting a whole day for your responses when my client is getting impatient for answers. I’m not sure what these test results should look like…

there is a lot js bypass inline , this looks weird

did you apply any code snippet to bypass inline js ?

    Thread Starter Hannah West Design

    (@vesica)

    No, I have not.

    (@vesica)

The code snippets in use only rename the product description tab and remove the sidebar and product addons headings in WooCommerce.
