I’ve seen other people with similar issues, but not exactly the same. I’m using the Avada theme and my images are in an Avada slider. You add them to the slider using the Avada builder and choose them from the media library. I tried re-adding my images after using Imagify, and I emptied my caches. When I look at an image in Media Library, it shows it was successfully optimized. I add it to the slider. Then when I run Page Speed Insights, it shows that the full size (unoptimized) image is still loading.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @melbatoast4

It looks like optimized images are delivered in the slider, but not in WebP format.

Right now, when I test that page on PageSpeed Insights, slider area seems to be fine, but the only problematic image is the first one.

You can activate WebP display option (make sure to add CDN URL as images are delivered from another subdomain) and these should be replaced.

Unfortunately, this would not happen to slider images as they are background images added via CSS.

You can try to use another slider that has a different structure, so images are added from HTML (although right now, these are not problematic according to PageSpeed Insights).

?Let me know if you need any further assistance, I am happy to help.

    Best Regards
    Marko
