Hi everyone, I’m trying to run an experiment in my WordPress site. I have installed analytics and optimize using the G Site Kit plugin for WordPress, and when I check configuration while i’m logged in to WordPress, everything works fine and it shows no error. However, as soon as I log out from WordPress and check again, it shows “Optimize Plugin Not Installed” error.

I tried checking the page source of my site when logged in and it shows my Optimize plugin, but when I log out and check the page source of the very same page, the optimize plugin is not there:

Will this affect my experiment? How can I install the Optimize plugin using Site Kit correctly? I’m afraid that if it’s not installed when logged out of WordPress, it will not track the experiment correctly. Thank you for any help

Thanks for reaching out. We can try and recreate the same experience from our side. Before doing so can you provide the following:

    1. Your Site Health information?
    2. Are you using the Optimize Chrome extension to check your setup?
