Optimize plugin & checkout page issue

Hello,

When I enable “Optimize JavaScript Code?” in the Optimize plugin then in the checkout page following issue occurs:
1) “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code” link not working
2)”Returning customer? click here to login” link not working
3) Shipping address check box enabling will not show shipping fields
4) phone and email labels not showing

I tried to exclude the PayPal plugin path (wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-paypal/ ) to in the javascript exclude option but did not solve the issue.

Please help to resolve
