Optimize only if gain greater than

    Hello,

    I have a website where some of the files were optimized with Tiny JPG service manually and then uploaded to WordPress. I’d like to optimize whole library with plugin, but optimizing once optimized files results in terrible image quality and very little gain (around 1%).

    Solution to this issue might be an option to only overwrite originals with optimized files if gain is greater than defined. It might be 2% or 5% depending on user’s input. This will omit files that were already optimized protecting users from poor quality.

    Thank you for your excellent input! We will definitely add this to our improvements list. It would indeed be good for the user to be able to specify amount of compression or whether or not to compress an image based on % saved.
