    Hi,

In our store the split between B2B and B2C is the quite the same. Our B2C customers are very sucessfull in completing their purchase. But B2B customers are not.

Many of them do not understand how to complete the transaction using their company details.

Therefore I wonder if any of (or both) of these optionsa is possible to achieve?

    1) Can an option be displayed to the customer so he activley must choose if he is Individual or Company?

    2) Is it possible to add a button above the Klarna Checkout Iframe called “Business customer” or similar, and when the button is clicked the Klarna Checkout Iframe changes form Individual customer to Business Customer, and he can continue entering his company details?

    Hi @tobbecokta

I believe there is no easy way of doing this without custom coding. There is no easy solution available right now at least.

I will talk to our developers next week and get back to you,

    Hi Andreas,

Have you had time to talk with your developer?
Solution #2 is maybe the easiest way to approach it?

    @tobbecokta Hi!

No news yet but I will let you know as soon as I get an answer.

This is a feature that I would very much like to have.
The issue is that Klarna does not accept B2B orders by default. And if they do accept the rules are that stringent that it will not solve the issue for me either.
The advice (from Klarna) that I got was to setup an alternative checkout for B2B orders.
What I did until now is to NOT use my shop at all for B2B and have companies request a proposal which we now create and handle manually.
Far from ideal as you can imagine.

A feasible option for me would be to have a check-box on the cart page with wich a customer can indicate being a company. If cgecked then I will just hide the KCO and provide the customer with a Paypal checkout instead.
Until now I did not succeed in setting up such a solution however.

Best solution would be Klarna properly supporting B2B orders….

    Hello @glorisol,
    ?
?In the Klarna plugin settings, a merchant can select if he/she want to sell both to consumers and companies or only to one of them, but this is available only for SE, NO and FI today.
    ?
?About check-box this can perhaps be something for you to look at –> External payment method and Add additional checkboxes.

    Hi @lindareinhold ,
I know there is an option in the KCO to accept B2B. NO/SE/FI are exactly the markets I am targetting.
In order to be allowed to activate the B2B setting in the KCO, I should have that covered in my contract with Klarna.
My Klarna representative explained this functionality would not help me (forgive me not being able to provide the right arguments, it was discussed in a phonecal), hence I do not have B2B covered in my contract with Klarna.

BTW: As B2B only supports NO/SE/FI I would still need an alternative checkout for other countries, but that would then be a lower priority for me then.

    Hi @glorisol
    ?
I see, and I think that I understand you right regarding your discussion with
your Klarna representative. Would a solution be for you to use the
“Pay with another payment”-button and make that the regular
    WooCommerce checkout for B2B alternative?
    ?
What we know of, the only way to use Klarna with B2B is to add this to your contract and set the setting (See attached image, settings in Klarna Checkout plugin) in the KCO plugin to for example B2C/B2B, then when a customer
visit the site and choose Klarna the customer has the option (if Klarna identifies the customer from a country that the merchant has added B2B in their contract for)
to change if the customer is a person or a business. (See the screenshot).
    ?
    @tobbecokta @glorisol, We are working on a feature regarding a B2B/B2C switch,
but this is on hold until after summer.
    ?
Otherwise, we do not know of any solutions accept that you can custom code something around this but this is something that we do not offer any support around.
