    Hy i have a CMS under a WordPress Platform… i want to optimize… it consume to much CPU and loads extremly hard..

    My site is : https://www.filmerx.com

    I have A VDS
    Vendor :GenuineIntel
    Name:Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5506 @ 2.13GHz
    Speed:2063.182 MHz
    Cache:4096 KB

    HDD : 20 Giga
    Ram :1 Giga
    Swap: 3 Giga

    Plugin I user:
    – Wp-paginate
    -.html on PAGES
    All in One SEO Pack
    Contact Form 7
    Datafeedr Random Ads V2
    Exec-PHP
    GD Simple Widgets
    Google XML Sitemaps
    Hana Flv Player
    Page Links To
    W3 Total Cache
    WP Smush.it

    That are all the plugin instaled on my site…
    The site it consume almost the ram and cpu,

    The load is extreamly hight : * Load Averages: 4.58 8.99 5.97

    Can you tell me how to optimize and make it load faster, and how can i disable WP cron… or wath should i do in my case
