We launched a website for a client who opted to use hosting at Macdock instead of the options we recommended. Macdock’s hosting appears to be on Nginx servers with Plesk and they have control over the PHP settings (I am guessing this is a shared server). Are there setting requirements that would keep the plugin from operating correctly? Here are the default PHP settings at Macdock:

    memory_limit: 128M (Default)
    max_execution_time: 30 (Default)
    max_input_time 60: (Default)
    post_max_size 8M: (Default)
    upload_max_filesize: 2M (Default)

    Hi @joeyoungblood

?Sorry to hear about the issue!

Can you disable all thumbnails, WebP creation and Resizing from Imagify Settings and try to optimize one image from Media Library?

    Does it work?

If so, I believe there is timeout when doing all other processes I mentioned above. The value of 30s is quite low for optimizing, resizing and converting the main image and thumbnails (especially if you have a lot of them, like 10-15+).

Let me know if that helped. It is not a solution but we would at least know if it is the case.

    Thanks!
    Marko
